Baked some Pumpkin Cheesecake Cookies!

Caramel & Spice Autumn Treats

Uh-Oh, I found some Trouble to get into! I love sweets and found these gems to make and bake for this Autumn & Halloween season.

I made the Quick Bread tonight using the muffin directions using a small glass square pan instead, followed by homemade spiced butter cream icing - powder sugar, butter, milk, vanilla and pumpkin spice.

Oh how I most love thee - COOKIES, especially soft sugar cookies! I'm having a fit right now just thinking about them. *IF* I had some flour and sugar right now, I would soooo be in the kitchen making some! Sigh...
