Synister on the Strand - Galveston
While we were in Galveston, we wanted to check out a shop called Synister which is located on the Strand in Galveston.
As we walked in we were greeted by a lovely girl, Shannon and her charming Sinister furry friend.
It was rad seeing a physical store of this kind since now it seems everything is online only. It's nice to be able to actually SEE and FEEL the items of interest!...and what are the items this shop carries? I would say a Rockabilly/Steam Punk/Touch of Darkness mix of wonders that awaits you to come have a look yourself at 2301 Strand St #102, Galveston, TX 77550.

Midsummer ~ Litha Celebration
We enjoyed this years Litha celebrations!
We started Summer Solstice by gathering herbs, making a traditional sabbath honey cake, setting up our altars to honor the Sun in it longest day and prepared for Jessica's Midsummer party where we ate with friends, gave blessing for our Pagan path, made dream pillows and wrote out our wishes upon leaves.
I am so blessed to have the like-minded friends that I have and this year I've been really focused on my path and honoring every sabbat that has come along and will continue the best I can <3
Blessings to all!

Galveston Pleasure Pier
Had a wonderful day at the Galveston Pleasure Pier with our good friends Jessica and Lilith.
I actually rode almost all the rides which I haven't done in YEARS! I must admit, I got nauseous towards the end of the day and hours after I got home but it was all worth it.
My favorite was the Pirate Water Ride and the Sea Dragon and of course just being by the sea! Fun times indeed.

Old Moon Deli and Pie
Over the weekend, I visited Margaret & Patrick's new Deli called Old Moon Deli and Pie!
Margaret, who is also the cellist for the Darkly Victorian music ensemble Two Star Symphony, has done an amazing job with everything about this place! A true beauty to get lost in time along with fresh outstanding eats and PIE! I'm also loving the blackberry lemonade that I wish I had EVERYDAY.
Congrats Margaret & Patrick! Galveston is sooo lucky to have you.

Past Few Months
Hello Lovelies, so much has changed!
I miss blogging so much and I have so much catching up to do!
To make a long story short - I'm still working at Houston's most fabulous Oddities store and loving it! I also left my ex of 5 years and moved twice since then ~ what a ride that was however much stronger I've become and overcome! Life really is full of lessons.
I'm currently still unpacking and having fun decorating my new place and going on fun adventures with those I love <3
Here's a few pictures of the last few months.
